Corrections and Retractions Policy

RJMDE is committed to maintaining the integrity of the scientific record.

Corrections

Errors that do not invalidate the principal findings of an article may be corrected by publication of an appropriate correction notice.

Retractions

An article may be retracted where there is reliable evidence of:

  • fabrication or falsification;
  • plagiarism;
  • duplicate publication;
  • serious methodological or ethical violations;
  • unreliable findings;
  • other major breaches of publication ethics.

Retraction notices will clearly identify the affected article and explain the reason for the retraction.

Expressions of Concern

Where serious concerns exist but an investigation has not yet reached a definitive conclusion, the journal may publish an Editorial Expression of Concern.
